Cancellation

All UKCPA events are non-refundable. However, should you wish to cancel your place on the event, you can do so via your portal or contact the UKCPA Events Team on 0116 2714894.

Tickets & transfers

Individuals cannot book a ticket on behalf of someone else or transfer the ticket to another individual. If you can no longer attend the event, please cancel your booking via your portal or contact the UKCPA Events Team on 0116 2714894.

Distribution of literature

To maintain impartiality and control over the information available at our events, UKCPA prohibits the distribution of promotional material, except by exhibitors at their stands. Visitors and delegates are prohibited from selling or promoting any product by word-of-mouth or by distributing literature. We reserve the right to remove any such literature and to ask the person responsible to leave.
