The UKCPA Care of the Elderly Group



They regularly share their expertise through UKCPA learning events on topics as variable as dementia, pain, polypharmacy, deprescribing and frailty.

Activity highlights

The UKCPA Care of the Elderly Group were one of the first UKCPA Groups to develop professional curricula which defines the knowledge, skills, behaviours and experiences that constitute advanced and expert practice. Their curricula continue to be endorsed by the British Geriatrics Society.
