About this event

The UKCPA is delighted to welcome you to this informal, podcast-style webinar, bringing together two colleagues—one pharmacist and one pharmacy technician—to share their experiences of supporting learners in the workplace. Through an open and honest conversation, we aim to create a relaxed, supportive space to explore the challenges and successes of supporting learners within pharmacy settings, share practical ideas and learning, and highlight useful resources. Whether you are an experienced educator or new to supporting learners, we hope this session will help you feel more confident in your role, provide an opportunity to listen to and exchange ideas with colleagues, and encourage connections and networking with others working in education and training (E&T).

Aim

The aim of this webinar is to create a supportive space for pharmacy professionals to reflect on and share their experiences of supporting learners in the workplace, explore approaches to effective learner support, and increase awareness of available resources to enhance their practice.

Target audience

This webinar is ideal for pharmacy professionals involved in, or looking to develop their role in, workplace learning and development. It will be particularly valuable for those who guide, supervise or support learners as part of their day-to-day practice, regardless of their level of experience. Whether you are looking to build on your existing knowledge, gain fresh perspectives or learn from the experiences of others, this session offers something for anyone passionate about developing learners in the pharmacy workforce.
