Pharmacy practitioners play a critical role in identifying and managing mental health conditions. This webinar, developed and delivered in collaboration with the College of Mental Health Pharmacy (CMHP), will include case studies on typical challenges and opportunities in mental health care, review commonly prescribed medications, and discuss safe monitoring between primary and secondary care. The webinar will also cover key medication monitoring when patients are admitted to acute hospitals.
The aim of this webinar is to provide participants with practical skills and understanding for reviewing medications prescribed to patients with mental health conditions.
This event is designed for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians working across hospital, general practice, community pharmacy, academic, and other healthcare settings.
