This webinar focuses on the BAME population with type 2 diabetes and high CVD risk. It aims to provide strategic steps to setting up a pharmacist-led ‘one-stop clinic’ for these patient groups. The workshop will cover NICE guidelines, evidence-based practice, drug treatment and management, along with real life practice-based case studies for an interactive discussion.
The aim of this session is to equip healthcare professionals with guidance on establishing pharmacist-led ‘one-stop clinics’ for BAME patients with type 2 diabetes and high cardiovascular risk.
This webinar is designed for healthcare professionals involved or with an interest in the management of patients with type 2 diabetes and high cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk, with a particular focus on addressing the needs of Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic (BAME) populations.
