Pharmacy practitioners play a critical role in identifying and managing cardiovascular disease (CVD) and monitoring cholesterol-related risks.
During this session, we will share case studies that highlight common challenges and opportunities in managing lipids across community, primary care, and hospital settings. We will examine some of the conditions that increase CVD risk and discuss targets for lowering cholesterol. We’ll also discuss when it is appropriate to use different cholesterol lowering therapies.
The aim of this webinar is to equip attendees with the knowledge and practical insights needed to effectively use lipid-lowering medications as part of cardiovascular risk reduction.
