About this event

Our expert speakers will explain the importance of feedback and how to provide feedback in an effective evidence-based way.

Providing feedback is increasingly relevant for pharmacists who are taking on or intend to take on supervisory roles for foundation trainees.  It will also be relevant to any pharmacy professional who is involved with giving feedback to trainees at any level.

Aim

The aim of this webinar is to provide the required knowledge and skills for pharmacists who are taking on or intend to take on supervisory roles for foundation trainees.  

Target audience

This webinar will be especially valuable for all staff members who provide feedback to others, including students, foundation trainees, and early-career profession.

Learning outcomes

At the end of this webinar, participants should be able to:

  • Explain the importance of feedback
  • Differentiate types of feedback
  • Describe effective feedback delivery techniques
  • Explain goal setting and follow-up processes
