In line with the Prime Minister’s recommendations, UKCPA office staff will be working from home for the foreseeable future.

We do not expect this to have a great impact on your membership, however, we would kindly ask for your patience whilst we remotely respond to your queries and requests.

Please note that any orders for antiplatelet medicine cards can still be placed, but there will be a delay in posting these out to you.  We will endeavour to make arrangements to post any orders out within 7-10 days of payment so if you are running low, please place your order as soon as possible.

You can still call us on the office landline phone, all calls are being diverted to Marie Matthews, Director of Operations.  However, emails may be actioned more effectively.

Should you wish to get in touch:

With membership, website or forum queries, please email sally.dewsbury@ukcpa.com

For finance issues please email alison.ocarroll@ukcpa.com

With event registration queries or antiplatelet card orders, and all other queries relating to UKCPA activities and services, please email marie.matthews@ukcpa.com.  Should you wish to pay for your membership, masterclass place or antiplatelet cards over the phone, please call 07834 515192.

With many thanks for your patience and understanding.

We would like to assure our members and delegates that the UKCPA is following the latest public health advice provided by the Government.

We are aware that some NHS Trusts are issuing local advice to staff regarding their travel and attendance at events; however, at the current time there is no official national advice that small events should be cancelled. Should individuals cancel their booking for a UKCPA masterclass, either by personal choice or at the direction of their employer, our standard cancellation policy applies (please refer to the booking form).

Please do not attend a masterclass if you have been advised to self-isolate by the coronavirus service or a medical professional or have been to any of the places highlighted in the latest public health advice for travellers.

We are reviewing the coronavirus situation daily and will review our event policy in light of official guidance as directed by the Government.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact Marie Matthews on marie.matthews@ukcpa.com or call 01162 714894.
