This webinar will be an informative session on heart failure diagnosis, management, and device therapy.

Clinical Pharmacists, specialist nurses (HF and Arrhythmia), GP’s, community pharmacists, PCN pharmacists and students will benefit from attending this webinar.

The aim of this webinar is to improve education for diagnosis for Heart Failure and on-going management, to ensure patients are moved along the pathway in line with NICE guidance for medical and device therapy and to educate attendees on the different devices.

After this webinar, attendees should be able to:

1. Identify the common symptoms of HF and describe the treatments options for HF Patients.

2. Explain the indications for complex device therapy

3. Describe how remote monitoring can help with ongoing HF management.
