This day will focus on patients with heart failure and will focus on managing the more complex cases and co-morbidities through a mixture of clinical updates and case discussions.
This event will be of particular benefit to pharmacists involved in providing and developing services for patients with heart failure in secondary care, primary care and GP surgeries.
The event is suitable for pharmacists who have recently specialised, as well as those who are working at more advanced levels in managing complex patients many of whom have co-morbidities.
